Family: The Jones family was an average British household. Nothing really stood out about them, to be honest. Katherine and Jonathan Jones had three children- twins Emma and Alex, then a year later Trevor. The twins excelled in dueling and more physical arts. They took to brooms like fish to water, excelled at DADA, and even managed to get good enough NEWTs to study overseas in America. They were the golden children.

Then there was Trevor. Sweet, innocent Trevor who was too scared to hurt people to excel at DADA, was too scared of falling to fly, and was too scared of bad omens to study divination or arithmancy. Trevor, who when he was 6 brought home a stray Crup and wouldn't stop crying until his dad agreed to get the proper license to keep it. Trevor, who on a family vacation befriended a Porlock and almost couldn't get it to stay with the herd of horses it was meant to protect, rather than try and follow him home...
Personal: Trevor wasn't like his siblings. By the time he got his Hogwarts letter he had already gained his own menagerie of creatures he kept in his bedroom. From the school of hippocampi he kept in a 40 gallon tank, to the pair of Streelers he kept in an even larger tank beneath the 40 gallon. He got a niffler after his second year- kept in a large cage and given something new and shiny every day- and added a kneazle to the house after he adopted one on a Hogsmeade trip third year.

The boy had an owl at school and two toads at home as well, and found a puffskein before he left for college. After getting the highest marks in CoMC the school had seen in a century, according to Hagrid at least, Trevor applied to Merlin's to study the subject at a more advanced level. The wizard does well in healing and herbology as well, wanting to be a magical veterinarian of sorts after school.

Currently, Trevor has his kneazle (a brown tabby-like creature named Pidgeon), the school of hippocampi, two puffskeins, three pygmy puffs, the crup (he's over 12 now and named Seamore), his tawny owl (named Morgan), and two rats (Peter and Phil). His best friend is his housemate and seems to enjoy the animals almost as much as Trevor, though Seamore did eat one of Ethan's shoes that one time...

Trevor is very gay, very good at embarrassing himself, and very good at tabletop gaming, especially in depth board games and Magic: The Gathering. His goal is to fill his life with animals and become the magical vet tech of his dreams. One day he'll own a farm and have all the magical (and non magical) creatures his heart desires.
