Family:
Narcissa Black was the youngest daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black (née Rosier), born in 1955. She had two older sisters, Bellatrix and Andromeda. Narcissa was taught the philosophy of blood purity from a young age and grew up prejudiced in favor. of pure-bloods. Just like her sister Bellatrix, she cut off contact with her sister Andromeda (after she was disowned and burned off the Black family tree for marrying Muggle-born wizard Ted Tonks.)

Narcissa was educated at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1966-1973 where she was worted into Slytherin House.  It was here that she met Lucius.

After graduating from Hogwarts, she and Lucius were married in the fall of 1973 and she settled happily into married life.  Seven years later her son Draco was born, on a late spring morning in June of 1980.  She doted on him, giving him every thing he could ever want.    

Narcissa's cousin Regulus Black was killed in the First Wizarding War, while her other cousin Sirius and sister Bellatrix were both sentenced to Azkaban after Voldemort's fall in 1981. Lucius, thankfully,  was able to avoid a similar fate by claiming that he had been under the effects of the Imperius Curse, and the Malfoys remained members of the social elite, enjoying close relationships with Ministry of Magic officials.

Her nephews spent many years at the manor while they were growing up, including Silas who she practically raised after her sisters time spent in Azkaban,  and it was only upon Lucius' death that she learned the horrors that had occurred under her own nose.  She has since made amends with her son but things with Leyton are still strained.  Narcissa gives him his space knowing it will take time

Personal:
Narcissa has always been the woman that knew what she wanted from life, and it started at a very young age.  Being the youngest of three girls she was given every thing that she ever wanted and it was with that she gained an air of arrogance and she believed strongly in the importance of blood purity and valued her family's wealth,and  was prejudiced towards Muggle-borns something that only grew once she started at Hogwarts and was sorted into Slytherin house with other like minded individuals.

It was there that she met Lucius.  At first she could not stand him but after her first two years of school she could feel herself being drawn to him more and more and from the point of her third year on she made it a point to suggest him to her parents over and over again.  Narcissa was used to getting what she wanted by that point and knew that it would be no problem getting her parents to agree.  Bella, of course approved but Andromeda could not stand him. Once she graduated from Hogwarts she married Lucius that fall.

Over the years life was kind to her, giving her everything she could ever want, except for a daughter.  It caused her to resent her son at first, though she loved him, she always wanted a daughter, which would be the one thing she would never get.  When Lucius was killed she was appalled by what had happened under her nose, and in her own home at that.  She has struggled with the guilt over the past three years for not being the mother Draco needed, and that he deserves.  With the news of the de-aging potion she hopes to be able to take it and make up for lost time now.

Her relationship with her older sister had always been one with ups and downs, but she was always closer to Bella than she was to Andi.  Once Bella went to Azkaban only nine months after Silas was born she took him in, though it was quite a struggle at first with Draco only being 14 months at the time.  After a few months it all became a bit much to handle and she started to delegate more and more things to the elves to handle.  Though she was still present her attention fell to keeping her husband happy and being by his side at all of the functions that they attended. While she believed in the views and attitudes of the Death Eaters, she never officially joined or took the dark mark.

When her sister returned for good it was a struggle to watch her seemingly get things that she never deserved but she kept her opinions to herself, and when Lucius was taken by the Dark Lord's own hand she turned to her sister for support like she never had before.  Narcissa broke down, losing herself for months after Lucius' death.  She locked herself away for days on end, only eating when Bella forced her to eat on threat of violence. She would break down every time she saw Draco that summer and that in turn only made her force herself to lock her emotions up deeper inside.  Draco needed a mother, not the broken shell of a woman she had let herself become.  

So, slowly but surely she built herself back up and retook her place in society albeit not as high up as it once might have been.  These days she sees what Bella has, someone that she loves and that loves her back and she is a bit jealous and only hopes that she might find love again some day not fated to spend the rest of her days alone.
